All rights reserved by Parkway Bingo: no part of this platform's material or software code may be used for unauthorized purposes or reproduced without expressed written consent from us.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable under any circumstances to you, the user:

1. For losses arising out of your use of the Platform.
2. Due to a delay or failure in transaction processing times (even if caused by actions beyond our control).

Modification of Terms

Parkway Bingo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion without prior notice:

1. These modifications shall be immediately binding upon acceptance and are subject to your continued access/use of our platform.
